HMT began life with Roger Moore, who focused on property development and management before his son Kim took the reins in 1991 and shaped it into the sales and lettings agency it is today. More than 30 years on, HMT remains proudly family-run, independent, and rooted in Cheltenham.
Between us, we’ve spent decades living, working, and raising families in the town — all of us attending local schools and enjoying Cheltenham’s famous festivals and culture. That local knowledge means we don’t just know the housing market; we understand the community, the people, and what makes each street unique.
Our team — Kim, Sam, Janine, and Kimberley — is small by design. That means every client gets to know us personally, and we get to know them.
