HMT sales and Lettings is the best local letting and estate agent in Cheltenham!! They recently sold one of my properties and they also manage a rental property for me and service they provide is absolutely fantastic!! The staff in the office is so efficient and polite, I recently had a emergency in my rental property which they was amazing dealing with everything, organised plumbers and maintenance contractors straight away, liaising with the tenant with constant updates and also keeping me fully updated throughout! They take all the stress away from managing the property myself. I can’t recommend HMT enough, I wish I was recommended to HMT years ago! I’ve used previous agents in Cheltenham for my properties but HMT are in a different league to other agents in Cheltenham, I will never use another agent other than HMT again!
