We’ve always believed the best compliment you can give us is a recommendation. That’s why we’ve created our Refer a Friend scheme – a simple way to say thank you when you spread the word.

Here’s how it works.

Introduce a landlord or seller to HMT and, if they decide to join us, you’ll both be rewarded.
Landlords who sign up for our 12-month fully managed service and sellers who complete a sale with us will each receive £100 – and so will you.

It’s our way of saying thank you for helping to grow our HMT family. There’s no limit to how many people you can refer and we’d love to keep rewarding you for your support.

Terms & Conditions (Refer a Friend Scheme)
1. The HMT “Refer a Friend” scheme is open to all individuals aged 18 and over.

2. A referral is considered valid when a new client is introduced to HMT and proceeds to:
(a) sign up for a minimum 12-month Fully Managed Lettings service; or
(b) complete a property sale with HMT.

3. Both the referrer and the referred client will receive £100 each once:
(a) the landlord has signed the management agreement and the tenancy is live; or
(b) the sale has legally completed.

4. Referrals must be made prior to the landlord or seller registering with HMT. Existing clients are not eligible as referrals.

5. There is no limit to the number of referrals an individual can make.

6. Rewards are non-transferable and will be paid via bank transfer or voucher (at HMT’s discretion).

7. HMT reserves the right to amend or withdraw the scheme at any time.

8. In the event of any dispute, the decision of HMT will be final.
